At Dharti Beej, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have established the following guidelines regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding product returns and refunds.
1. No Return Policy
We do not offer returns on goods once they have been delivered. However, you may request an exchange for items under specific conditions, as outlined below.
If you receive an incorrect item, defective, or expired product, you are eligible for an exchange. Exchanges will be provided free of cost, subject to the availability of the product in our stock.

To request an exchange, the following rules apply:
Condition of Product: All items must be unused and in their original condition with all labels, packaging, and seals intact. Products should not be damaged or tampered with in any way.
Exchangeable Areas: Exchanges are permitted only if your delivery address is serviceable by our logistics partners.
If your product meets the exchange criteria mentioned above, you must initiate the return process within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer care team at 9175182100 / 9960822100 via email at dhartibeeej.official@gmail.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase such as the order receipt or invoice to complete the return process.
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer directly. All returns must be coordinated through Dharti Beej.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the perishable nature of some products such as seeds, these items are not eligible for return once the packet is opened or damaged.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned product. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
First, check your bank or credit card account again.
Then, contact your credit card company or bank; processing time for refunds may vary between institutions.

4. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise stated by our customer service. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Products
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at dhartibeej.official@gmail.com.
📌 Important: A valid unboxing video proof is mandatory to claim a refund or exchange.
The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue with the product. Kindly email the video to dhartibeej.official@gmail.com or share it via WhatsApp on our registered number.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-6 business days. Product should be returned within 7 days of purchase then only it will be applicable for exchange.
